New Clients

At this point in time we are unable to take on new clients as our business is at capacity. We review our bookings month by month and endeavour to take on new clients as soon as possible. Please check back on our website in the future as we will update our new client policy when the time comes, alternatively keep your eyes on our instagram and facebook pages. We are currently not taking a wait list as wait times will be long.

Wait Times

We are a REALLY busy salon, the general wait time for a ladies cut is one week, colour anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Get in touch at the first thought to avoid disappointment.

No Show

No shows are really hard for a small business. You will receive two reminder texts, and it’s your responsibility to cancel. If you fail to cancel, and are a no show to your appointment, we won’t be able to book you in the future. We ask that you respect our time, as we respect yours.

Late Night Appointments

At this stage we don’t have the capacity to take on any new clients on late nights.

Wait List

We run a wait list for our regular clients that can’t get their desired booking. We suggest you book a future appointment and we will try and see you earlier if possible. When calling people on our wait list, we can’t hold appointments, as they are last minute and need to be filled.

Need to cancel?

We appreciate as much notice as possible as we have a long wait list. We understand life happens and will try and get you back in as soon as possible. If you want to cancel while the salon is closed you can respond to your text message confirmation, message us on facebook or instagram or message the salon number. Please note that if you fail to give us 48 hours notice of a cancellation a fee of 50% of your booking will incur.

Running Late?

We love a heads up! Please make a phone call if you are running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to honour your appointment – or we may need to make your appointment shorter.

Wanting a Big Change?

Let’s chat about it! You can send us a picture of your current hair and what you’re wanting. This will enable us to adjust your booking time so we can take care of you properly.
